Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

General Information
 

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase. 
 

We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box. Other carrier options are available and we reserve the right to change carriers at any time.
 

For international shipments, the goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes ZeeT Apparel to import the goods on his/her behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees ZeeT Apparel may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his/her behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.
 

Processing Time
 

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.
 

After your payment is authorized and verified, standard orders can still take 2 business days to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Timelines

​

Please note that orders to US destinations may take 1-12 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed, depending on the shipping method selected and final destination of the order.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

​

For U.S. Domestic & International orders, we will use USPS or UPS to ship to most locations. Alternative carriers may be selected at our sole discretion to meet shipping requirements. Your final shipping cost is displayed at the point of checkout.

Shipping Fees

​

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from zeetapparel.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

Delivery Claims

​

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim.

​

We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).

​

ZeeT Apparel does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

Out of Stock Items

​

If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock.

Reserved Rights Regarding Shipping

​

While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, in order to protect our customers, ZeeT Apparel reserves the right to require customers to use a "common" shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.

Additionally, ZeeT Apparel reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:
 

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"

  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or, 

  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.


Similarly, Zeet Apparel reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above. 

Return Policy

  • ZeeT Apparel’s online returns portal can only be used to return items purchased online at www.zeetapparel.com
     

  • We hope that you love your zeetapparel.com purchase, but if you need to make a return, you can so within 14 days of placing your order. Please be advised that once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. You will have to wait to receive the purchased item and then return it. You have the option to either return your item (s) for a refund to be credited once we've received your returned item (s) or receive a store credit to apply to another item.

  • ZeeT Apparel will provide a shipping return label (US Only). Please complete the submit a request form below and include the following information: order #, date purchased, email address, reason for return, and return shipping address.

​

  • Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

     

  • Items must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date. 

     

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, accessories) with tags attached.

     

  • Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received. 

     

  • ZeeT Apparel  is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns. 
     

  • Please be advised that ZeeT Apparel does NOT accept exchanges or returns on the following items:  
     
       - Bodysuits 
       - Accessories 
      - Swim
       - Undergarments
       - Clearance Item

     

  • How long do I have to make a return?
    If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of the order shipment date for a refund to the original form of payment, less the shipping charge. 
    ** Please return items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. A separate box must be used to ship shoes with the original box inside. ZeeT Apparel reserves the right to decline your return or assess a 15% re-stocking fee if these terms have not been followed. 

     

  •  Do I have to pay the return shipping?
    No, ZeeT Apparel will pay for return shipping (in the US only) and the customer will be refunded as long as the item is returned in the original condition. Please read above for return instructions.
     

  • How do I get refunded if I paid with a gift code?
    Purchases made with a gift code will be refunded to an online store credit.

     

  • How long does it take to get a refund?
    Please allow up to 7 days from your return delivery date for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is completed.

     

  • How and where do I send my return?

  • Am I able to exchange my item(s)?
    zeetapparel.com will accept an exchange for the same item in a different size if applicable to the return policies as stated above.

     

  • Can I return "Final Sale" items?
    Any merchandise marked or specified as "Final Sale" may not be returned. Items discounted using promotion codes with a final sale disclaimer may not be returned. Earrings, cosmetics, swimwear, tights, and gift certificates are final sale merchandise and may not be returned. 

     

  • Store Credit
    If a purchase is made either entirely or partially with store credit and returned, the refund will be issued in store credit. If the order was made with partial store credit and another payment option, store credit will be issued first and any remaining balance will be refunded back to the original form of payment. 

     

  • International Return Policy
    Returns are accepted on full price merchandise that is shipped back within 15 days of its delivery date. In the case of a return, you will be refunded in U.S. dollars and your credit card company will exchange the currency. ZeeT Apparel is not responsible for payment of customs, taxes and duties. For specific information regarding customs policies and fees please contact your local customs office. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
